WOW. This hails back to the days when American labels like Homestead, SST, Touch and Go, Skin Graft, and Drag City used to put out challenging, energetic records that I could actually get excited about. Remember the time when Drive Like Jehu, Shellac, Polvo, and Sonic Youth were all current bands putting out records? A lot of Captain Beefheart meets Pylon and the Minutemen action going on here?
