Awesome example of using Flash for demonstrating research databases online

This is a great use of video to teach research skills, in this case how to search in business databases.  These tutorials were done in Flash,  I wonder how it compares to using Camtasia (can you do as much graphic overlaying such as the circles and shapes in Camtasia?)

Now, I wonder how those commercial database creators gather all of that financial data–how much of it is culled from public sources like the Bureau of Labor and Statistics, how much of it is the result of proprietary primary research?  Anyone know?  It’s important, because often these commercial business databases are available only at business schools, and only accessible to business students,  and at corporations, and not at public libraries.
