Danone v Wahaha

There’s a fascinating battle going on right now between French multinational Danone and Chinese company Wahaha.  The two companies signed a joint agreement in 1996, and have been working together ever since.  Recently, Danone accused Wahaha’s chairman of operating mirror companies which were selling the same products and not sharing the revenues with Danone.

Now Danone is suing Wahaha’s (now resigned) chairman, trying to get at his offshore companies, run by his daughter.
